It was COLD here today. It was less than 10 degrees C all day, rainy and windy.So, tonight (to heat up the house) I roasted a chicken. It was accompanied by boiled potatoes, peas with onions and garlic, and, of course, gravy.
Were there leftovers? Why, yes, there was!
How will I form these lovelies into supper tomorrow night...or the next night...
